By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Precision Hair Restoration at the number provided. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on factors outside our control, including carrier network availability.

10. HIPAA & Health Information

Precision Hair Restoration is a HIPAA-covered entity. Any protected health information (PHI) collected in connection with our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Notice of Privacy Practices. We do not transmit PHI via unsecured SMS. Appointment reminders and general communications sent via SMS do not include your medical records or diagnosis information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Philadelphia County.
